At Google Fashion, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Google account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a digital return request.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags and the packing slip are included inside.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
